The study tour of Pangdonglai has come to a successful conclusion.

On November 29th and 30th, Sichuan Topten Technology Group organized all staff to visit Pangdonglai in Xuchang Henan for in-depth learning and exchange. This study tour aims to provide valuable insights and practical paths for building a happy enterprise by experiencing the unique corporate culture and management philosophy ofangdonglai up close.

As a well-known retail enterprise in China, Pangdonglai has not only won widespread recognition in the market for its excellent service quality and advanced management model, but is also hailed as a model of "Happy Enterprise" for its deep understanding of employee care, customer-first philosophy, and social responsibility. The study tour by Topten Group this time aims to seize this opportunity to delve into how Pangdonglai builds a harmonious symbiotic relationship between the enterprise and its employees and customers while achieving commercial success.

During this period, the employees of Topten Group not only visited Pangdonglai's community store and Times Square store but also personally experienced meticulous service process and participated in a special sharing session taught by Zhao Shuhong, the chairman of Henan Taihe Culture and Tourism Group. The sharing content covered Pdonglai's corporate culture, management philosophy, traced back to the wisdom of Brother Donglai, deeply rooted in the philosophical thinking of "respecting heaven and earth" and its core is "always consistent, do the right thing that is difficult", as well as how to practice the core value of "people-oriented" in daily operations. Zhao Shuhong emphasized that the real success of a business is not only reflected in financial indicators but more importantly whether it can create a sense of well-being for employees, every employee to find value in their work and achieve the common growth of individuals and the enterprise.
