Enterprise guidance training was successfully completed.

On November 16th and 17th, Mr. Wang Chenghu, the general manager of Hu Yi Management Consulting and partner of Longing Marketing Management Consulting, successfully completed the training and guidance at Sichuan Topten Technology Group. The training started with a precise diagnosis of the group's problems and aimed to propose implement effective solutions, injecting new vitality and wisdom into the future development of Topten Group.

At the beginning of the training, Mr. Wang Chenghu showed his profound industry insights and rich practical experience. Through in-depth communication with the person charge of each department and detailed analysis of the market, products, sales and other dimensions, he quickly and accurately diagnosed the main problems existing in the enterprise in terms of marketing, team and customer service. This series of precise "diagnosis" has laid a solid foundation for the follow-up training work. 

On November 17th, in response to the diagnosed issues, Professor Wang designed a series of targeted and practical diagnostic content. Through vivid case analyses and discussions, she brought a brand-new inspiration and practical skills to all the trainees in the group. From the formulation and execution of organizational construction strategies to the improvement of team and the construction of incentive mechanisms, Professor Wang's explanations were profound and simple, benefiting the trainees greatly.
